Taiwan is the 8th largest economy in Asia, and the 18th largest in the world by the purchasing power parity. Taiwan is a robust and well-developed free market economy. It is a straightforward place to do business and has consistently ranked among the easiest places in the world of doing business. This visit will be focused on topics that are most relevant and potential for Finnish companies within the sectors of energy and health.

Who should attend
The visit is targeted at Finnish companies operating within the sectors of energy and health. The program and meetings will be focusing on these topics, and we will arrange several opportunities to meet Taiwanese stakeholders.
Participation fee
To cover the expenses of arranging the visit, Business Finland will charge a participation fee.
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 810 + 24% VAT per person
- Major companies: EUR 950 + 24% VAT per person
Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.
We are closely following the Covid-19 travel restrictions and upcoming changes related to them. The business delegation may be postponed if restrictions are tightened in Taiwan.
