Dubai in particular has an agenda to be the happiest city on earth with the help of modern technologies such as block chain, artificial intelligence, along with harnessing data science capabilities. The main driver for this transformation is Digital Dubai Authority while in the capital city Abu Dhabi the transformation is driven by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority.
