Business Finland’s Low-carbon built environment program is organizing a networking event in Sweden on March 14th. The purpose of this networking event is to create good business collaboration opportunities for the Finnish companies who will get direct contacts in the Swedish market.
Participating in the networking event will be a unique opportunity for you to:
1. Meet decision makers in relevant Swedish companies in building design, construction and facility management.
2. Present innovations, trends or a case study to the seminar audience.
3. Showcase your products at an informal exhibition.

Your participation
Seminar
The half-day seminar will consist of short presentations from Finnish companies with solutions in low carbon built environment to the real estate sector, covering both Design & build and Facility management. The presentations should focus on innovations and trends in the field of low carbon built environment. You could for example present how your new technology meets specific customer demands, or an interesting trend on the market related to your products, or perhaps an especially challenging case study.
Your presentation should of course circle around your offering and highlight your unique selling points, but note that these are not conventional product presentations.
Each round of presentations will be commented by panels of Swedish decision-makers discussing common challenges and trends on the Swedish market.
*Please note that part of the seminar will be in Swedish.
Exhibition
You will have ample opportunities to talk individually with the participants during the seminar’s three breaks.

At the breaks, the audience will move to the exhibition room creating a relaxed and informal setting for communication. As a participant from Finland you will be provided with a stand-up table (diameter approx. 60 cm) and space for one roll-up. You can also let us know if you need electricity, additional space or anything else.

The event is organized for Finnish companies having export solutions for low-carbon built environment and want to pursue Sweden as a strategic market or partner. The participating companies should have products/solutions/services for
- energy efficiency and the optimization of energy use
- low carbon building materials
- digital design, construction, and operation processes
- data and tools for managing both the built environment lifecycle and smooth everyday life
Companies participating should be ready to introduce their innovation for low carbon built environment in front of an international audience.
Swedish participants
Our goal is to fill the main hall at the Embassy of Finland with key decision-makers from Sweden’s real estate sector. Real estate owners, developers and managers. Architects, technical consultants and building contractors.
The whole event will focus on business opportunities and new connections. If you are interested in doing business in Sweden, this is an opportunity that you should not miss.
Participation fee
Each participant book and cover their own costs for travel, accommodation, etc.

- Kindly notice that participation is limited to max 10 companies and max 2 persons per company.
- First come first served basis. Eligibility check will be performed.

Adjacent to the event companies who are interest may also use the opportunity to visit Fastighetsmässan on March 15-16th. This industry event was established 10 years ago and has since been a meeting place for decision-makers in the real estate industry and suppliers within operation, management, maintenance, energy, environment, security and automation and more.
