Welcome to participate to Anuga 2023 in Germany on 7.-11.10.2023 with Food from Finland and Messeforum.
Participation
Fee per company is 9000€ + VAT 24% per stand
The fee includes:
- Space rental
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the pavilion
- Graphic design and production, furniture and other decoration
- TV screen possible with additional cost
- Storage space for warm and cold items, cold vitrine at booth possible with additional cost
- Running costs such as electricity, water, cleaning,
- All the small equipment needed such as kitchen utensils, presenting plates and bowls and tasting cups
- Assistance of German speaking staff
The fee does not include freight.
Business Finland staff will also be present at the pavilion during ANUGA.
Registration to Anuga
Places for exhibitors will be shared in order of registration. We reserve the right to changes – the registrations are binding!
Please note our cancellation policy
Cancellation fee is 50% of the participation cost after binding registration. Cancellation fee is 100% of the participation cost if cancelled less than 90 days before the beginning of the trade fair.

Exhibition Explorer
Business Finland offers exhibition funding for small and medium size companies. Exhibition Explorer is granted to groups of at least four SMEs who are participating in a major trade fair in their sector that is held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. The SMEs in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
