Why participate in Visit Finland's Midnight Sun workshop?
The Midnight Sun Workshop will this year bring together Finnish suppliers and international tour operators from Visit Finland’s and Finnair’s following markets: DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Benelux, UK and Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, USA, Japan, South Korea, UAE, India, Australia, Thailand and Singapore.
Participation
fee
Participation to the Midnight Sun Workshop costs €1850 per company, which includes one representative and one meeting calendar. An additional representative from the same company costs €250.
Two companies can share a table for €2300 including a representative from both companies and one meeting calendar.
The fee includes:
- 7.6. Visit Finland Seminar and lunch at Naantalin Kylpylä
- 7.6. Get-together at Naantalin Kaivohuone, buffet and drinks included
- 7.6. Transportation by bus from Get-together to Midnight Sun Event hotels in Turku
- 8.6. Transportation between Naantalin Kylpylä and Midnight Sun Workshop at Radisson Blu Marina Palace
- 8.6. Table at Midnight Sun Workshop, meeting calendar, lunch, coffee
- 8.6. Dinner with drinks at Ruissalo Telakka including bus transportation from/to Midnight Sun Event hotels
- 8.6. Party Like a Finn -midsummer celebration

The international buyers will stay at following Midnight Sun Event hotels: Solo Sokos Hotel Seurahuone, Scandic Hamburger Börs and Naantalin Kylpylä.
