What could we learn from the EU Missions?

In the middle of the Horizon program, the missions are still a topic of discussion. Have the five EU missions had the desired effectiveness? And how is this monitored?

The European Commission has recently published the final report of its Expert Group, which deals with the monitoring of missions. The Expert Group proposes a new framework for monitoring, which complements the monitoring of the Horizon Europe program and aims to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the missions. The report gives eight recommendations for corrective measures.
