For 20 years, Vietnam Wood has been the leading woodworking and wood processing industry fair in Vietnam. Vietnam Wood 2022 expects to host over 500 exhibitors from over 35 countries and welcome over 11,000 business visitors. The trade show is a platform for demonstrating the latest industry solutions from primary processing to finishing technology. Vietnam Wood is endorsed and supported by the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers (EUMABOIS).
Vietnam's wood processing and furniture industry takes advantage of its advanced free trade agreements such as the EU- Vietnam FTA and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to increase international market expansion. Forestry export turnover reached 15.96 billion USD in 2021, a 20.7% increase year-on-year. The Government has set targets for the country to become a legal, high quality and sustainable wood industry hub for the world. In term of export turnover, Vietnam expects to increase its market share in the world from the current 6% to 10% by 2025. As part of the Government’s directive, the use of legal wood materials, the application of advanced technologies and modern equipment, and ensuring environmental standards are now at the forefront of the industry development.
The main objective of the Finland Pavilion at Vietnam Wood 2022 is to be a versatile show room for Finnish expertise. The stand will be an attractive meeting place for Finnish companies looking for customers and partners.

Business Finland holds the right to cancel the Finland Pavilion at Vietnam Wood in case there are not enough registered participants by the end June 17th 2022. The order is binding upon registration.
Joining the Finland Pavilion
Join the Finland Pavilion for better visibility at Vietnam Wood 2022. The location of the stand has not yet been confirmed. The Finland Pavilion design is in planning. The attending companies will be part of Business Finland's marketing actions and all companies will be listed by name at the Vietnam Wood 2022 exhibition catalogue. The companies will have their logos visible at the Pavilion and the companies with demo station will have their own lockable locker.
Business Finland staff will be hosting the Pavilion and welcoming the customers and guests.
Book your stand
The registration for the Finland Pavilion is now open. Binding registrations by June 17th, 2022. The registration is open until the maximum number of companies is reached. The packages are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. The registration is binding and will be confirmed via email. Stand has limited number of demo booths. In case the stand is fully booked, we gather contact information and contact interested companies if demo booths are released.

- Logo visibility at the stand wall (together with other company logos)

- Brochure holder for your company brochures at the demo booth
- Cleaning, construction and electricity
The price for the stand package per company is 3600 € + VAT (This cost does not include State Aid).
Business Finland stand package includes an exhibitor pass.
Exhibition Explorer funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME and midcap companies for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SME and/or midcap companies who are participating in an international B2B trade fairs that are held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. At least half of the aforementioned group of companies must be SMEs. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.

Terms and conditions
Please read the following carefully before registering.
Price
- The price per stand package is 3 600€ (+ VAT).
- The price includes the items listed in the description of the stand package.
- The registration is binding
- Regardless of company's funding eligibility.
- Business Finland holds the right to cancel the Finland Pavilion in case there aren't enough registered participants by the end of June 17th, 2022.
- The Company is responsible for applying for the Exhibition Explorer funding by themselves
- The price does not include company-specific cargo fees for corporate materials such as brochures, demo tools, etc.
- The price does not include travel arrangement services such as booking hotel rooms or flights. Accommodation and travel arrangements must be taken care of by the companies themselves. In case of exhibition cancellation due to COVID-19 etc, Business Finland will not compensate any travel or hotel costs to companies.
- Any special arrangements at the stand that are not included in Business Finland stand package must be ordered and paid separately. Please coordinate with Business Finland.
- Roll-ups are not allowed at the stand
Invoicing and terms of payment
- The attendance package price will be invoiced within 30 days after participation has been confirmed by Business Finland.
- Term of payment is 14 days from the date of the invoice.
- The current value added tax will be added to all charges.
Validity
- The registration closes when the maximum number of companies have registered.
- The packages are sold on a "first come, first served" basis.
- The order is binding upon registration.
