LEAP 2023, the biggest Tech event in Saudi Arabia held in Riyadh on 6. – 9 February 2023, is a global platform focused on bringing together the world's greatest minds; from leading tech corporations, inspiring pioneers from the next generation start-ups and the venture capitalists to make it all happen.
Business Finland will organize a Finland Pavilion at LEAP 2023. The main objective of the Finland Pavilion is to be a functional show room for Finnish tech companies and know-how. The stand will be an attractive meeting place for Finnish SMEs searching for clients, distributors and partners. Companies also benefit from joint marketing efforts under the Finland brand umbrella and will have access to all buyers data-base.
In 2022, LEAP was launched as the largest debut tech event in history. For the first edition, over 100,000 professionals from the global tech community came together in Riyadh, creating an audience greater than recent versions of Web Summit, CES, Viva Tech and Mobile World Conference. The first LEAP was held in early 2022 and the event will take place yearly. LEAP brings together world’s leading tech companies, global startups and innovators to tackle the biggest challenges facing society.
The Finland Pavilion will be approximately 50-60m2 and will be located in hall 4. When joining the exhibition at LEAP you will get:
- Support in arranging business to business meetings with participants at LEAP
- Access to all Buyers Database at Leap
- Access to all LEAP 2023 activities: Start-up pitch competition, Mentorship workshops, Inventor matchmaking, LEAP networking application and Orbital Talks.
- Opportunity to establish high-level business connections with authorities and companies in KSA , and explore collaboration opportunities.
Business Finland will also support in arranging business to business meetings at the LEAP exhibition for the participants in the stand according to the requests of the participants.
Exhibition at LEAP 2023 - What is included?
- Participation in the Finland stand at LEAP 2023 – space rent, design, building and dismantling the stand
- Support in arranging business to business meetings with participants at LEAP
- Company logo on the wall and a screen to show video material on if needed (print ready graphic files for logo provided by the exhibitor)
The total price for the stand package is approximately EUR 85000 and we are expecting to have 6 participating companies and the fee for one share is EUR 14200.
Business Finland will invoice the fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the exhibitor package does not include flights or accommodation of the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.
Exhibition Explorer Funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME and midcap companies for exhibitions. We can award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SME and/or midcap companies who are participating in an international B2B trade fairs that are held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, the applications will be processed. At least half of the aforementioned group of companies must be SMEs. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
