Welcome to join the Finland pavilion in Food Ingredients Europe 2022!
Food from Finland will be present at 81 sqm pavilion in hall 7.0. Finnish Nordic Oats member companies will have their own dedicated space at the Finland pavilion which will be located next to Swedish pavilion.
Participating cost per company is 9600€ (VAT not included).
The fee includes:
- Space rental
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the pavilion
- Graphic design and production, furniture and other decoration
- Running costs such as electricity, water, cleaning, and all the small equipment needed such as kitchen utensils and tasting cups
- Interprets if needed
In addition, the exhibition organizer is charging 1400€ per company for minimum marketing package, which includes online presence and company´s name in the catalogue (invoiced by the expo organizer).
Places for exhibitors will be shared in order of registration. We reserve the right to changes – the registrations are binding!
Please note our cancellation policy
Cancellation fee is 50% of the participation cost after binding registration. Cancellation fee is 100% of the participation cost if cancelled less than 90 days before the beginning of the trade fair.

Exhibition Explorer
Business Finland will modify and standardise the way we enter the exhibitions with companies.
We offer funding for SME's for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SMEs who are participating in a major trade fair in their sector that is held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. The SMEs in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
