Always submit all forms and additional information through the e-service. The payslip must also be submitted through the service; To ensure that pay secrecy is maintained, the pay slip cannot be downloaded for reading in the online service. Always use ready-made forms, unless otherwise agreed.

Are there any changes coming to your project?
If, as the project progresses, there is a need to change, for example, the project schedule or project plan, submit a change application in good time in the financing e-service. Check the standard funding terms and conditions applicable to your project to see which changes require a decision process in Business Finland and which changes can be handled with just a notification.
