The aim of this brief is to illustrate the process of systemic impacts of Business Finland in the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and to update the traditional logical impact model to make Business Finland’s systemic impacts visible. This aim is addressed with the help of multi-criteria evaluation integrated with a system dynamic (SD) model.
