The policy brief analyzes the regional recovery from the Covid crisis of 2020 and the role of Business Finland's covid funding in the process. The results point to a mean regional recovery growth rate of GDP between 2–4% in 2021. The contribution of Business Finland's R&D funding to this recovery process is estimated to be between 0.4–1.0%-points.
